It's lemon season in my backyard, so perfect time to make my favourite lemon slice and share Delighted Momma's recipe with you with some of my own added tips for Thermomix users.
The whole beetroot plant is edible (i.e. the beets, stems and leaves) and they are packed full of nutrients. Last weekend I successfully harvested my first crop of homegrown beetroots, both the golden and the standard red variety.
